ES 540 - Planning Issues 4 credits Provides opportunities for in depth exploration of contemporary land use planning issues. Students gain insight into the planning philosophies underlying the issues and the technical aspects of planning through participation in community planning efforts, e.g. mapping, surveys, and inventories, underway in the Rogue Valley. May be repeated once. Graded (A-F) only. Must be eligible to take Graduate level coursework. Prerequisite(s): GEOG 350 , or GEOG 439 , or ES 439 . (Cross-listed with GEOG 540 ).
