ES 353 - Oceanography


4 credits
Beginning course designed to give an overview of the interrelationships between the geological, physical, chemical, and biological systems in the world’s oceans. Visually illustrates the material and highlights contemporary topics using a descriptive approach.  Approved for University Studies (Integration - Strand H). Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Prerequisite(s): ES 101  , ES 102  , ES 103 , or equivalent; completion of all lower division University Studies requirements.
