Analyzes the Supreme Court as a political and legal institution. Examines the relationship between the Supreme Court and other courts, as well as other branches of government. Includes an examination of recent decisions of the Supreme Court interpreting the Constitution. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
