Explores leading tactical teams in a complex contemporary operating environment. Students develop self-awareness through assessing their own leadership style using the situational leadership model. Includes practical exercises in communication and team building. Case studies provide insight into the importance and practice of teamwork. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term.
