MTH 521A - Applied Complex Variables

Studies the algebra of complex numbers; analytic and harmonic functions; complex integration, including Cauchy’s Integral Formula; Taylor and Laurent series; Residue theory; and Möbius transformations. Grading option is designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Must be eligible to take Graduate level coursework. Prerequisite(s): MTH 281.
