MUS 540 - Form and Analysis

Students analyze and compose using the forms and techniques of the common practice period: binary, ternary, rounded binary, sonata form, theme and variation, rondo, and fugue. Graded (A-F) only. Must be eligible to take Graduate level coursework. Prerequisite(s): Admission into the Master of Music program or by instructor permission.
