Studies advanced music history topic in depth. Topics may include symphony, chamber music, opera, music notation, J. S. Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner, Mahler, Stravinsky, and the Second Viennese School. Repeatable for a maximum of 12 credits. Graded (A-F) only. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Master of Music program or by instructor permission.
