PS 521 - International Law 4 credits Introduces the fundamental building blocks of law in an international context. Principle inquiries include the concept of law in the transnational context, treaties, custom, the status of states, sovereignty, norms of diplomacy, and the permissible use of force. Grading option is designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Must be eligible to take Graduate level coursework. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing.
