Surveys a nonprofit manager’s primary areas of responsibility, including strategic planning, organizational change and development, locating and securing grants, and developing outcome-based assessment tools. Emphasizes assessing and evaluating grants-based programs. Grading option is designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
