Offers a psychological examination of death and dying. Surveys the many dimensions of death and our death-care system. Explores the ways in which psychological and societal assumptions, expectations, and practices influence our relationship with death. PSY 201, PSY 202 recommended. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Must be eligible to take Graduate level coursework.
