Examines the ethical standards of the American Psychological Association and the American Society of Training and Development. Challenges participants to apply critical-thinking skills to ethical decision making in their professional roles. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Must be eligible to take Graduate level coursework.
