Covers acting theory and technique for the beginning actor. Lays the groundwork for further study within the performance curriculum. Focuses on the core principles of acting, including collaboration, acting vocabulary, artistic discipline, and basic text work. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Restricted to Theatre Arts Majors. Prerequisite(s): Instructor consent.
