TA 382 - Acting V: Shakespeare 4 credits Covers acting theory and technique for the advanced actor. Offers an intensive study of skills required when acting in Shakespeare’s plays in both classical and contemporary styles. Emphasizes scansion, verse, text interpretation, and character development though improvisation and structured scenes and monologues. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Restricted to Theatre Arts Majors. Prerequisite(s): TA 381 and instructor consent.
