The BA/BS in Art is a studio-intensive program emphasizing mentorship and collaboration amongst a cohort of students and faculty. The Art curriculum is built around five student-centered goals:
- Challenging and expanding each student’s understanding of the creative process.
- Providing students with media-specific technical training.
- Exposing students to a broad range of contemporary and historical art practices as well as a strong background in critical theory.
- Developing an informed professional presence in the world beyond the campus.
