BA 427 - Business Policy and Strategy 4 credits Presents the basic processes required to analyze, plan, and implement business strategy in a competitive market system. Emphasizes the development of skills for integrating complex data into a plan of action used to direct a firm. Concepts learned in management, marketing, operations management, finance, accounting, and economics courses are used to analyze case studies and development plans. Prerequisite(s): BA 324 . Senior standing or above. Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
