PEA 195 - Holistic Fitness I, II, III 2 credits each Incorporates physical exercises for the body and energy exercises for the mind to create a peaceful, productive, and creative brain. Explores the basic principles of brain respiration, which teaches how to effectively release physical blockages, emotional stress, and negative, limiting thoughts. Repeatable for up to 6 credits. Prerequisite(s): Must take in sequence. Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
