EMDA 321 - Theory & Practice in Emerging Media & Digital Arts 4 credits Students research the aesthetic, social, and historical contexts that inform their own work so that they can better contextualize, explain, and defend their work. Students use writing and other forms of self-presentation to explain the contexts, both shared and unique, their work responds to. Typically, students present a portfolio of selected works, along with written research on the contexts that inform these works. Prerequisite(s): EMDA 201 or EMDA 202 or COMM 215 or EMDA 203 or EMDA 204 or EMDA 205 . Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
