PE 234 - Scuba Diving

Introduces the PADI Open Water Dive course. Covers technical skills using scuba gear in the swimming pool and explores theory practice regarding physics, physiology, and safe diving practices. Students provide their own masks, snorkels, and fins. Asthma and other serious health conditions require a medical release.Prerequisite(s): Adequate swimming ability as determined by the instructor
