WR 230 - Public Reasoning: Introduction to Rhetoric

Focuses on the ways in which classical rhetorical theories have relevance for contemporary students and contemporary issues and problems. Emphasizes theories of knowledge and identity, how these theories contribute to understanding communication, and the ethics of rhetorical theory.
