Emphasizes integrated approaches to designing, facilitating, and evaluating recreation and adventure-based programs. Applies fundamental principles of inquiry, from qualitative and quantitative research design to action research and phenomenological description, analyzing a broad spectrum of outdoor adventure and leadership activities.
