MUS 336 - Diction

Students will learn how to sing with beautiful lyric diction in either Italian, French, or German. The focus language will change each term. Students will learn how to modify traditional International Phonetic Alphabet symbols to the sounds and language-specific characteristics of the language being studied. Repeatable for a maximum of 6 credits. Prerequisite(s): Restricted to students with junior standing or above.
