NAS 330 - Learning Native American Languages 4 credits Provides a social situation in which students learn to speak a Native American language of their choice. Primarily involves developing skills in a Native American language through a series of lessons in linguistics, individual practice, and in-class sharing. Examines the social implications of learning and speaking these languages. No background required, but students must be able to obtain learning materials for their chosen language. Repeat credit is allowed to study different languages up to a maximum of 12 credits. Graded (A-F) only
