ED 453 - Southern Oregon University Learn and Serve (SOULS) 1 to 3 credits Students explore their fields of interest and gain experience in the greater educational community. For each credit, participants spend thirty hours taking a leadership role while working with students in a setting of their choice and complete the assigned coursework related to that practicum experience. Students in the Education Studies major must have a total of five practicum credits across five unique settings: preschool, primary elementary, upper elementary, SPED, and ELL. All other students should consult with their major academic advisor to determine the settings required for their degree.
Repeatable for up to 3 credits. Prerequisite(s): ED 209 or ED 253 . Junior standing or above. Graded (A-F) only
