GSWS 302 - Contemporary U.S. Women’s Movements 4 credits Explore and examine current women’s and feminist social movements in the US, including #MeToo, Black Lives Matter, Emerge, MMIW, as well as movements for reproductive justice, prison abolition, environmental justice, among others, with a focus on trans and cis women’s and femme’s experiences and collective resistance.
