PSY 446 - Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Introduces the industrial/organizational (I/O) field of psychology. After surveying I/O theories and methods such as job design, personnel selection, job satisfaction, training, and team-building, students get an opportunity to model some of these methods in small group exercises and case study analyses. Prerequisite(s): PSY 201Z and PSY 229
