WR 121Z - Composition I 4 credits WR 121Z engages students in the study and practice of critical thinking, reading, and writing. The course focuses on analyzing and composing across varied rhetorical situations and in multiple genres. Students will apply key rhetorical concepts flexibly and collaboratively throughout their writing and inquiry processes. Repeatable for up to 8 credits. Approved for General Education: This course meets the first requirement of General Education, Purposeful Learning Capacity. * This course was formerly offered under a different number; students who took the following course(s) will not receive additional credit unless the course is stated to be repeatable in the description above: WR 121 or USEM 101 Graded (A-F) only
