BA 562 - Nonprofit Program Development and Evaluation
4 credits Working with a nonprofit organization, students will develop skills in creating new organizational programs, program budgets, and formative and summative program evaluations. Components will include building programs through a set of resources and activities crafted to reach the organizational mission; articulating background, rationale and purpose of the program evaluation; developing key questions for measuring program effectiveness; learning and applying a framework for research methods; analyzing data; and reporting the findings of the analysis.
