PS 329 - American Legal History

Elucidates the interaction of law and society as revealed over time through the main lines of development in American legal culture.  Illuminates how legal changes fit with social, economic, and political development from the present to the 21st century. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above or PS 202  or HST 250  or HST 251 . (Cross-listed with HST 329 )
