CS 259 - OOP: Object Oriented Programming 4 credits Introduces the core concepts of object-oriented programming (OOP). Students will learn about classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction. Practical application of these concepts using a contemporary programming language such as Java, C++, or Python will be emphasized. Prerequisite(s): CS 257 . Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
